Excellent phone good value for money has features of more expensive phones, brilliant bright screen.

I ordered an UK sim free phone but this one came locked with the phone saying "network unknown" so I returned phone for a refund. Very disappointed to have had to return the phone because it looked OK but I needed a phone urgently so bought one locally. I believe another customer had the same problem so I do think these phones need checking before being sent out.

well as this is my very first foray into the world of "smart Phones" I had to dragged kicking and screaming into the 21st century by my children and Grandchildren, I must admit it was easier to use than I first thought, although the instructions left a lot to be desired, Well if it wasn't for the aid of YOU TUBE it would have been returned the first day, (or hit with a big hammer from my tool box)The instructions????? show how to remove the back cover, (NOT) and how to insert the battery and sim card, once I had removed the back cover the rest was relatively easy even for me and YOU TUBE. Well within an hour, yes I know that's a long time, but I am 70 and not technically minded, although a retired electrician, I can bend conduit, metal tray and rewire a factory, but modern electronics beat me. I am still playing with this device, and have made a phone call and sent a text, that's as far as its gone.No doubt the coming months and years I will be fully used to it. Overall I like it, but its the instructions that let it down, hence 4 stars. I will edit this as I get more familiar with the device and positive and negative reviews, but at the moment a nice phone.

I just bought this as a second phone, nothing wrong with it really, just a bit small for my liking.

I am sure there are better phones out there but I do not need anything too flash. It cheap, functions well, raely goes slow on screen response to a touch. Battery life is reasonablenif you leave teh wifi off when you do not need it. All in all I am very pleased with the phone. At £50 I was happy.

The phone was fine, basic, as expected. Pleasingly lightweight actually, and small, which I wanted. Would've been very happy...Except it's networked locked so I cant use it with my current SIM. Returning. No idea what network it's tied to. I'll let people draw their own conclusions about how that's come about.I'll consider buying the phone again from somewhere else.

Ordered this as a birthday present . Recipient already had an LG but it was the previous model. This was a replacement and recipient is delighted. She finds it very easy to use

the phone is so annoying! It loses contacts as and when it pleases, and I lose numbers right left and centre. It seems to do what it wants when it wants! Not happy with it and am looking to change when I can afford a new one.
