Great product - be mindful of short BBE with seller SuperfoodUK
A fab, very flavourful and versatile bouillon that can be used in soups, risottos, stews, hot drinks etc and that I've been buying for years.I love it as it has no celery in the ingredients which I find overpowering in regular vegetable bouillon or stock cubes.*Careful though for celery allergic people as there's a disclaimer on the tin saying that it is manufactured in a factory that does handle celery*I ordered from seller SuperfoodUK and unfortunately, one of the tins ordered arrived damaged with the product spilling out AND both tins have a very short BBE date (March 2025 - I'm posting this review mid January 2025).

A Good Staple, have Used for Many Years
This is essentially the only powdered vegetable stock that I use and it works well. I also use it to regulate salt.Organic and Vegan.Standard Onion/Celery/Carrot/Salt/Pepper stock made from scratch still important in some cases and the two complement each other.

Really good boullion
Very versatile. I would not be without it. This version is not only vegan but has no soya and is gluten free, so it's great for most allergies. It adds so much flavour to cooking that salt, alone doesn't do. I also use it as a soup base.

Again and again
Again and again I reorder this marvellous bouillon now over many years. I add it in small quantities to my vegi soups I make each day and whoever tastes it marvels about it. Only I know the secret Marigold Swiss bouillon….and it’s organic too! I now even send it to my daughter who lives in Greece where it is unavailable…

tasty and organic
This is a very good product for someone who has to balance a busy schedule and thirst for organic and proper food. Tastes amazingly good - and is msg free! Love it with rice or glass noodles and nondairy milk. But you can use it in sauces, soups, stews, even sprinkle it over savory baking.
