Real tea in a pot that says hot
We bought this 2 years ago from amazon, Life-changing, for me at least! The pot stays on for up to an hour, I'd have it on for longer if it would allow. Stainless steel strainer is removable so the tea doesn't have to stew but sits there happily on its hot plate. temperature controllable. I Love it. would buy another if this one ever breaks. Although spares are available through the German site profi cook. not sure what the other review is talking about maybe RFM. I didnt pay £90 for it but It would be hard not to if I had to buy a replacment.

It's OK
It's beautiful and well shaped. It is not fast, but it has little noise. Totally, it's good specially since there is no alternative (kettle/teapot twins) in the market.

Faulty and dangerous
I was extremely disappointed with the product, the seller and Amazon. I bought one unit in March 2022 and by November 2022 when I started to use the Kettle it stayed on all the time and didn't go off when the water was boiling. It had happened occasionally before but from November was like that all the time. I contacted Amazon and seller and specifically mentioned it was faulty and dangerous but at the end no help was offered. We had a similar unit from a different make that worked for 7 years but still was working fine as someone broke the kettle and it looked bad, I gave it up other I found no fault during this time. so that's why I am so disappointed with this unit that hardly worked for 7 months

the complete unit is faulty and extremely dangerous to use.
Both Kettle and tea pot are faulty and not functioning properly. the units has electrical faults within and are extremely dangerous since the unit either remains on for a long time or some times switches itself off periodically .
