Quad Lock 360 Head - Top Cap

This product does not fit the quad lock out front bike kit - I'm leaving one star review because they do not give enough information in the listing to determine this nor do they list compatible products for their Bike Kit. Given their wide range of products, they should either provide a compatibility checker or a compatibility chart to ensure that their products do indeed function together correctly and does not waste customer's time and money shipping unnecessary products back and forth wasting our finite resources.As you can see in the images I have supplied with their review, the 360tm TOP CAP is clearly different that the original Out Front top cap. The 360 tm TOP CAP is the product on the left with a all black center screw and the original Out Front top cap for the bike kit is on the right with a silver center screw. Two completely different products and when I searched for a replacement cap for the bike kit, the correct product isn't even listed.Furthermore i have contacted Quad Lock directly through their website's support section about this issue and I am awaiting their response.Bottom Line:DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT IF YOU HAVE THE OUT FRONT BIKE KIT - IT WILL NOT WORK.

I have the same problem I broke the top cap on the lever lock there is no compatible replacement. I ordered a replacement which is clearly different. I have the whole motorcycle kit including the vibration isolator plus a car mount. Waiting to hear from Quadlock.Up date I contacted Quad Lock customer service they are sending the proper part to me. So I have to say they were prompt in their response.

I ordered this as a replacement for a broken bicycle out front mount top cap. The mounting interface is different, and will not sit flush to the out front mount. The result: the phone case will not stay locked to the mount.Leaving one star because this ad does not provide sufficient information to clarify this difference.
