Energy levels
They are large tablets, so lots of water required to make swallowing them easier. Overall really impressed, within a week my energy levels had vastly improved. Took them because I am getting older and calcium is key, plus vit D and K are essential, so the energy level increase was a bonus. Very impressed, they suit me.

Calcuim carbonate
This product contains calcuim carbonate which is poorly absorbed in the body. Some say long term use could contribute to calcification in the arteries. I am surprised life extention is using this form of calcuim. I bought based on their reputation and found out subsequently. For this reason I am binning it as an unsafe product. The rest of the nutrients are ok.

These have what is needes plus vitamin K2
Taking these to ward off osteoporosis as they had good reviews when I researched supplements. Will continue.

skin reaction
Unfortunately, this product is not clean enough for me to use. I suffered a bad skin reaction. Bulking agents and other ingredients listed are likely the cause. I was shocked at how badly my body reacted, I'm afraid I won't be buying products by this company again.
