These crabs from Florida were excellent!I bought the second time crab from Main. Big disappointment.The secret of a juicy crab is to let them STAY in the cooked water until the water cools down, otherwise the meat can become dry and difficult to remove. I wish crab sellers in general would use dill when they cook the crabs, it tastes soooo fresh and delicious!
