Germanos Chilli and Garlic Sauce in Olive OilF

Use this as a marinade for chicken and it turns out great, just chuck some into a food bag with diced chicken, give it a mix around and leave it to sit for about 3 hours or so then pan fry it up, the garlic taste is pleasant and not overbearing and there's a decent kick from the chilli oil, for about a fiver a jar it's decent value as you'll get 2-3 uses out of it.

This chilli sauce is incredibly flavourful and pairs well with many dishes. It has a gentle heat that enchances the flavour.However, it seems a bit heavy on the oil and could use more of the roasted elements.Although it's a little pricey for a small jar, I would still buy again because it's just that good!

Was recommended this by a friend who is a spice lover. I told him to try Tajin and he told me to try this. Definitely been a staple on many meals, it's delicious! It definitely has a strong garlic taste but I love it.

Chuffed to bits to find it available on Amazon, no need to ration anymore and it will get added to most meals from here on out. Such an incredibly powerful and flavoursome product, adding a new depth to our cooking. Once you try, you won't ever want to be without it.

We’ve been ordering this chilli oil regularly. It really tastes like the chilli oil in the philippines. We’ve bought a lot of brands in the stores and online but nothing came close to the taste back home. Only complain is it’s tiny so we finish it right away. Sarap!

I was told buy a man who owned a chilli shop just to put the tip of a coffee stirrers worth of this in ANYTHING.Potatoes, Meat, Curry's, rice, noodles ect.The man knew what he was talking about, this stuff is incredible

Just writing this review is making my mouth water.Simply the best chilli dressing I have ever tasted. The mix of roasted garlic and chilli is just fantastic.I use it neat on the top of pizza to add a little zing. A small spoonful into pasta sauces. In the beans in beans on toast or cheese & beans baked potato. On my Weetabix... Everywhere! (the last one was a lie btw)It's pretty hot, on pizza neat it sometimes makes me reach for a drink - but that can be regulated by reducing the oil to garlic granule ratio.Just lovely stuff. If you can eat a chilli then you can manage this heat and your life will be better for trying it!
