Hyalofemme Vaginal Moisturiser 30GM TWIN PACK (2 x 30GM) (twin pack)

I have tried many vaginal moisturisers over the last six years, since going through menopause. I have to say that this is the very best product that I have found. It has changed my life and I am very happy to recommend this to any other ladies out there who are suffering from this condition.

This cream is inserted into the vagina with an applicator that is included with the package. Seems to work well for rebuilding thinning vaginal tissue due to menopause. Have not noticed much difference in correcting vaginal dryness, however. But, the improved suppleness of vaginal tissue has done wonders for painful intercourse after menopause. I use this, as directed - every 3rd day - along with a Vitamin E cream (available at Sam's Club) on the external parts. Neither product contains estrogen so both appear to be very safe products.

I was very disappointed with this having read all the previous reviews. I previously used Replens but was fed up with the awful discharge even though the results were very good. This dosent give a discharge but unfortunately didnt give me any relief either. Also the applicator is too flimsy.

For me its not strong or long enough lasting, I am on HRT and suffer terrible with dryness but found if the pain was more from higher inside this was ok, but when the pain is at the area where you wipe when you go to the loo for a pee this did nothing whats so ever, in that case Ive used a well known nappy rash cream for the best relief

Started to use to Hyalofemme when the product I had previously been using changed the design of the applicators. I'm glad I did - Hyalofemme is better in every way.

Fine product

Very pleased with this, it did sting the first couple of times I used it but I think that was because it was healing what must have been very sore down there. Since then it's been fine to use and feel so much more comfortable
