A must for vegans
We have read many of Dr Amens books and even had a few virtual visits with his office. This Omega formula is like no other. We have tried many different omegas on Amazon and have not really noticed many benefits, shortly after taking these we felt much more improvement then the other brands. The only negative issue is this product frequently goes out of stock so I recommend ordering before you run out or multiple bottles at one time. They are expensive but dr amens formula is like no other.

I like these vegan Omega-3 capsules. They give me more energy for my day and help me regulate my mood. They are a bit pricey, so each buyer should decide if these capsules are right for them given the price.

Stomach issues
The pills made me nauseous so I took it again with food. It still made me nauseous. I so wanted to like it because I follow Dr. Amen. He's a great guy.
