It was a beautiful, healthy plant
It was a beautiful , healthy plant, the care taken in packaging it would put most suppliers to shame, ordered and received within 48 hours, I watered it , left it to settle for a couple of days and then I potted it on, all well you are thinking,AND THEN THE SKANKY MANKY F#*#*#G foxes got it in the night, tore it apart , shredded it and left me with an empty pot & 1 stick. London foxes will stop at nothing. I have already ordered another one as I was so impressed with the company and quality, next door's Jack Russell will now be dealing with the ######g foxes.

Good plant not Good condition
The plant was a nice size but the condition was terrible, most of the leaves were shrivelled and burnt with the sun, I was extremely disappointed 😞

As promised in the original review, here's an apologetic update
When I first reviewed this last year, I was unhappy with my purchase, to say the least. It couldn't have been more unlike the photo at the top of this page. It was, to all appearances, a dead twig, with no apparent hope of every being anything BUT a dead twig.Well... While I still think that the sellers were practically asking for bad reviews by posting such a misleading photo (perhaps a double photo of 'what you get' and 'what it could become' would be better?) I have to report that after several months under the grow lights, my 'twig' has sprouted leaves and looks set to become a very nice plant indeed. So I've come back to change my grumpy 1-star review, though I've left it below, just for purposes of comparison.======================================================================================I wish I'd paid more attention to the reviews saying how much what you get differs from what you see in the photos. I really think Amazon should insist on photos that bear SOME resemblance to what you'll actually get.In my case, I got what looks like a potted twig, with three small leaves still attached and two others loose in the packaging. Now, two days later, its three remaining leaves have withered and fallen off, and I have what looks like a dead twig stuck in a pot. And yes, I did care for it, for all two days that I've had it so far.I'll continue to care for it, and if eventually a miracle happens and it turns out to be alive after all, I promise I'll come back and change this review accordingly. But I'm not hopeful, and can't honestly recommend buying one of these.

The packaging was ok but plant was very dry. Could do better
This plant was ok but to to dryness of the plant several of the leaves have died back and I am having to coax it back to health.

Not as pictured
Not exactly like the one in the picture.... I bought it as a gift but couldn't give it as it's very, very small (one large twig with a few leaves). On the plus side, it's a healthy plant and will probably look great in a few years. I do feel that it could have been described more accurately.

Lovely tree
It came green and when I planted it, it turned brownish purple first. Then it started growing new, bright red leaves which looked amazing. Now those are purple too, but I think it might be because of the season. I'll see what it will look like in the spring. It is definitely alive and growing though.
