Fantastic Tiny Little amp, with a bit of punch!
Great compact little amp with a fair amount of punch considering it's only £60.00 the unit is really well built, feels reassuringly sturdy and the dials have a nice feel to them. Sound quality is really good, it's not going to be up there with the likes of pioneer, Sony and other big brands but at this price point it's not worth comparing. Its surprisingly hard to find a small compact amplifier with bass and treble controls and this does a terrific job powering my Tibo harmony Bookshelf speakers with nice balanced sound and no audiable hiss or humming. The amp is about the same size as a single din car stereo so it's really easy to place for someone who has little room. This is ideal for powering speakers for a small / medium sized room, for £60, hard to see it beaten!

For the price this is a really impressive bit of kit
I was sceptical about this as it was a low price but when it arrived I was very impressed with its construction and it functions very well on my CD, Radio and tape player. There is a little bit of hum on the turntable but this can be adjusted out using the bass and treble adjustment. My set up is a hotch potch of different makes Sony, Sanyo etc and it works fine on them all.

Don't Bother
Highly anticipated the arrival of this amp to be bitterly disappointed. looked to tick all the boxes, multi RCA inputs, aux input, manual treble and bass adjustment all in one neat and compact amp.... it went straight into my basket!1st amplifier arrived, connected to a nice pair of Cambridge Audio speakers (which are well within the power requirements for the amp) and connected a new set of RCA leads to it. upon playing any type of music at any volume the audio cracked when trying to deliver deeper notes... ARGHNot to worry, Amazon to the rescue with their rapid assistance and smooth exchange policy. We will send you one out right away they said, it will be there tomorrow! So with baited breath i sat by the door waiting for the delivery to arrive (bar a brief run to the post office to send off the 1st amp and to make a cup of tea!). The amp arrived and i scampered to where my audio equipment resides. Carefully un-boxing the new amp and connecting it up with the care of a surgeon.Powered the amp on, selected the correct input and pressed play.... Only to be greeted with the faintest of crackles from the amp (nowhere near as bad as the first one, but nevertheless still there). So to conclude this story if you value your audio quality at any volume i would save a few more pennys and purchase a better quality device. As for me i need to go in search of another compact amp that looks the business but doesn't break the bank...

Great small amplifier big sound.
Great little amplifier. I got one to plug my laptop into to play music while I work and just love the overall quality of it. It's so small it just fits on my shelf.

Worth every penny. Maybe more pennies.
This is a very well built (surprisingly so) unit, with high quality feeling knobs on the front, and decent feeling connections on the rear. It sounds absolutely fine, probably not up to some audiophile standards, I'm sure, but more than adequate for most users.I really cannot state enough how good the build quality of this unit is. It's entirely made of metal (except for the knobs) and the switches are tough and don't feel cheap. I wouldn't have been disappointed if I'd paid double for this. The only thing I do not like about it is that mine came with an extremely bright blue LED power indicator, not the red one in the picture. This was fixed simply by sticking a bit of blutac over it, which doesn't look out of place considering most of the things I own with blue or white LEDs have received the same treatment.

Good for a workroom or similar
Neat little amplifier which I use in my study for which it provides plenty of power. Doesn't take much room on my desk. Obviously not for the real hi-fi enthusiast but very good for my needs. Lacks a balance setting, but that doesn't bother me.ADDED 3/3/17: I was really pleased with this but one of the outputs to the speakers failed after two months. On the positive side once I'd spoken to to someone at Amazon (not encouraged but possible!) I got a full refund as it was no longer in stock. Shame: I would have risked another one, but there you go. I miss it on my desk.

It's ok
Ok so I'm sitting on the shelf a little, its powerful enough, but can sound a little tinny.I do have to adjust the settings according to what album ( vynil) I'm playing. For £60 I suppose irs value for money, it is not as bulky as my previous one, and sits nicely on my unit. I would not buy it again, it sounds ok when on the correct setting as per what album I'm listening,

Does a great job.
I'm not technically knowledgeable, but this really seems to do the job very well indeed, and it is small and compact in to the bargain. I'm very happy indeed with the sound I get from my CDs and vinyl. The only downside is that this has a very bright blue light when it's switched on, which I find strangely distracting when I'm trying to listen to music. I can't understand why it needs to be so bright, but it's only a very minor issue.
