Works great
I was concerned when I opened this because the silicone pad seemed really thin. My works boots were causing so much pain on the back of my heel bone, and I had no option to not wear my boots. I think I might have a bone spur? Anyways I tried it and felt no pain all day. Fantastic

Doesn't meet standards or specifications
The item did not fit properly and instead caused more pain as it had to be continually adjusted.

Not sure if it's actually helping, but super easy and comfortable
I think it's just in my mind that this product actually does something for my foot, but it's very comfortable to wear, so I recommend it for some extra heel/ankle padding and peace of mind maybe. Blends right in with (my) skin color and fits with most shoes and pants.

Pain relief on loose sleeve
I have a constant problem with my achilles tendon on my right foot. I have tried numerous products without much success. I decided to try the PediFix protection sleeve. This sleeve has helped to reduce my pain. I have to wear it most days to keep the pain at bay. It has worked. I only gave 4 stars though because the actual sleeve is very loose and tends to slide around or slip. I wish it had the same visco-gel in a snug sleeve, preferably in a no show type sleeve. Overall, I am happy with the pain relief I have achieved, which was not accomplished with numerous other products.

Pain free, lasts long, worth the price
I have Haglund's deformity on both heels. Doesn't bother me for most shoes but was painful when wearing soccer cleats to play Ultimate Frisbee. I've worn these on both feet for 15 months playing twice a week and from the first day I've been pain free. They are showing signs of wear now (the gel pad is peeling at some edges) but still usable, I'm impressed with how well they've held up given how much abuse they've taken. Kind of expensive but they last pretty long and playing pain free is absolutely worth the price. I'm buying another pair now for when the first pair finally wears out.

It's flimsy!
I bought this for my archilles tendinitis as it said it would cushion my heel! I paid over $26 for this piece and when it arrived, I saw how skinny the material is and I should have sent it back. But, I was in so much pain, and so I kept it. it is very flimsy. It does not stay in place and I have to adjust it more than five times per day. I am using it because I paid for it and keep thinking I will try to find something else to put in my shoes for comfort. It takes several months to cure achilles tendinitis.

Love it!
I bought this not realizing there was only one per pack. But it was worth the money, it prevents heel pain when walking better than gel insoles. (From Achilles tendonitis.) I don't know what is so special about the little gel thing in here, but it is fantastic. Highly recommend!
