1KG Red Chili Powder for Kimchi (coarse)

I bought this initially for Kimchi, but it has a lovely flavour which isn't too spicy and I find myself using it in all sorts of different cuisines when I don't want to add too much spice, but want a red chilli flavour.In fact, I will keep on buying this as a staple, prefer it to cayenne!Great value, 5/5!!!!

This spice is quite difficult to find at such a good price...I love it in my kimchi

Bought this to make my first ever batch of Kimchi. Turned out great, but really spicy! (Think I overdid the amount of chili needed - I was going on guesswork after all!)Mr Kimchi was a great seller, and, as in the Q&As, I received a 1 kg bag, not the 500g as per the description, so it made it a really good buy. It will last a while, but at some point, I definitely will be buying more of this chili powder from the same seller.
