Last long with regular maintenance and cleaning.
These are very good tires but keep in mind if you’re a safe driver and the tires last very long with your driving habits focus on keeping them clean and lubed up with some tire shine on both sidewalls of the tires to prevent dry rot. Had a blow out with these tires today, I’ve had them for a year but they were dirty so the rubber dry rotted as a result. Like any tire do regular maintenance and cleaning. Probably would have kept them on longer if I cleaned them more often.

Worth the price!
These tires are fantastic! The ride is smooth and on point in wet or dry weather. I bought Summit tires to use during the summer. I have a full set of Pirelli A/S tires for the winter. And the Summit tires ride better than the Pirelli's... Shocking! And at a quarter of the price of the Pirelli's. I will definitely buy again.

Great tires
Great tires. Not noisy on the highway. Superb off road. The rubber is not too soft so it wears well and doesn't leave black tracks on the driveway. Especially here in Arizona where the temps are so high.
