I Love this stuff. Gives me more energy and has boost my sex life. It makes you feel frisky and in the mood. I did used to buy Maca in capsules but it works out too expensive. I also can't stand the taste so what I do is buy quality Maca powder such as this (organic is the best) and buy empty capsules and fill them myself. This method seem to be the most cost effective and the best way to insure you are getting the best quality without the awful taste.. It works for me. . I should add. do not expect results overnight. This takes at least 4 weeks before you begin to notice the benefits and 3 months before you are getting maximum benefit

Mix with something sweet!
Seems good quality supposed to have health benefits so I am trying it out so far so good just a bad taste if used more than a small teaspoon and mix with sweetner....

Nice maca powder
I am just getting used to maca root, have been using in smoothies and it adds a mild sort of butterscotchy flavour, blends in well. Also good in things like rice crispie treats or date and seed bites. Very fine powder that blends in well.

omega 6 + omega 9 smells like butterscotch and a bit like apple crumble to me!
This is something you should use in your milk to blend properly; latte or porridge (you might want to use a sieve powder is really fine like corn flour) and as the taste is a bit like ginger but more milder it works well with garlic just use half in comparison so if you use 1tsp of garlic powder use half tsp of macca to combine with whatever you are cooking - potatoes or roasted veg.If you need more omegas in your body this is a good source plus good for those who want to add more fibre in their diet. It is meant to help with stamina too.

Great product
Taking this Maca powder in my morning smoothie has been transformational. I had been tired and fatigued but my energy levels are great now, and generally feel more balanced. I also have the capsules for travelling and when I can't make a smoothie. Good packaging too that's easily reasealable.

Start Low.
If you can stomach the smell and taste this product would be great. I personally couldn't - opted for the tablet capsules instead! Like the other reviews, I would recommend starting on a relatively small dose and working your way up to the recommended daily dosage. I experienced severe headaches upon first using
