Great product
I have used these gels a few times now, Mainly to give my photographs a more 'arty' look. They are very easy to fit and quite robust gels. I have used them on speed-lights and even on torches and have found the results give a very pleasing and artistic colour cast to subjects. I have not as yet used them as main-light correction gels as I am having too much fun creating artistic images.

Great Set with Pouch
Very well made set, lot of information in form of sheets and lots of different colors included.Works well with my flash.

Well though through package, easy to use and decent value.
This is a great alternative to much more expensive options for the amateur enthusiast or less frequent user. I have heard criticism of the elastic band used for securing gels to your flash head but it seems pretty robust to me so far. This comprehensive package is so easy to use, well thought through and well packaged. A good start to flash photography.

Great addition to the kit bag!
Great range of coloured gels; ideal with the snoot for coloured infills.First used in anger during a pub evening shoot, I wanted the flash temperature to match the ambient light in the pub; worked a treat! White flash would have destroyed the mood completely.

Pricey but very convenient.
Perfect. I'd buy again, but they're really quite expensive when compared to normal rectangular filters, such as the Rosco Strobist set or the Rogue Colour Corrective or Colour gel set. You only get one of each colour in this set so when using multiple gridded lights you'd need to use multiple gels. I love gridding speedlights, but if I'm being honest I can't see myself using more than three in a single shot often at all. They are very, very convenient though and I'd be lying if I said I didn't love them. I just feel it would be far better value for money to include at least two of each, if not more. By comparison, the regular gel sets from rogue are only a little more expensive but include 6 of each gel, which still work with most grid systems. As a note, I use these with the JJC stacking grid system, not the matching Rogue system, but they fit perfectly.

easy to use
simple to use gels in an easy to access case. abit overpriced for this type of thing but I expect to get long term usage out of them. I prefer these as the gels are easy to swap and I can just leave the blue rubberband on permanently even when not using a gel. serves me as a marker for which flash unit is in which group too.the case is not waterproof and too long to fit in a pocket without sticking out. however, that makes it flexible and the contents are not affected by water anyway. it has small bookmarks included to organise your filters in a cheap but efficient way.the gels themself can get creases if you are not careful (thus the provided case to keep them laid flat) but I don't notice a difference in light quality with the creases.

Good Purchase
I use there Gels on a Canon and Godox Flashguns and they do the job perfectly. One thing that would be good would be to supply more than one rubber band with each pack as if you are using more than one flashgun you have to find an alternative method of attaching a second or third gels to other flashguns

rogue gels
These gels come in a nice, slim, compact fabric wallet and are organised into warm, cool and colour adjusting sets. Each individual gel has it's colour, F-stop loss and even which W.B should be used, making them pretty much idiot proof. Even I can use them! I have not tried every gel yet but did a quick test using a selection from each set and setting my canon 580EXII speedlite to different levels. While they all coped well with the flash on a low to mid power setting, when set to full power the darker (light absorbing) gels did tend to buckle with the heat. They can still be used without much problems but I'm not sure how long they are likely to last if that happens each time they are used. As these gels were more expensive than other makes it might make sense to go for cheaper ones next time if these become unusable after a few uses. Time will tell.
