Come securely packed
They fitted beautifully and last really well. I bought these in August 2018 and Im having to replace them in June 2020. Which represents excellent value for money and longevity of the tubes. They can last upto 8 months in situ being on all the time which I think is brilliant.I have been very happy with the tubes.

Good Price.
Bought these to replace the original UV tubes that came with my insect Zapper .I installed the Insect Zapper in my Loft and it’s on 24/7 for about 6 months. The new UV tubes work but time will tell will tell if the last longer. They were good value.

They seem like they should work, could be my fly killer that's broken
This probably won't be helpful, but since the people who installed my boiler moved the fridge and didn't notice the fly killer lamp thingy was on top of it, it fell to the ground and failed to admit it when I went in to see if they were OK. Now I know what the crashing sound coming from the kitchen was and it could be that it was more than just the bulbs (lamps) that died, since it's still not working with new bulbs (those in the know call bulbs lamps apparently - bulbs go in the ground). Maybe a fuse or some wiring inside. Sadly I'm useless with a soldering iron and it'll probably cost the bulk of the £50 it costs to replace now (was £30 when I bought it) to get someone to fix it for me. I should get it sorted before the summer though, got lots of those tiny flies already. Although crucifying a fly because it's unfortunate enough to be big enough to touch two wires at once, filling the kitchen with that unforgettable BBQ fly smell as it kills then reanimates the poor thing over a good (bad?) ten seconds makes you wonder if you've done the right thing after all.I'm sure the bulbs (lamps) are great though.
