Healing from a fractured ankle, this silica and other nutrients really helped (along with a good diet) to knit the bone and an added bonus, my hair and nails are stronger too! Works for me!

This is an organic natural Collagen source
Lots of TV ads about Collagen for tighter younger skin today.However, those Collagen sources are typically Bovine, cow. Hoofs, etc...While this is Bamboo. Natural strong fiber.Works great. Lessened the few lines I had. Love it.

Un Excelente Suplemento
Este extracto se obtiene de la médula de la caña de bambú y es una buena fuente de hierro, potasio, calcio y sobre todo silicio. Como fuente natural de silicio tiene una lista de beneficios como el apoyo al crecimiento y salud del pelo, las uñas y la piel. Me sorprendió porque siempre he tenido tendencia a producir caspa y eso implica que debo usar shampoo anti caspa todo el tiempo, pero consumiendo este suplemento hay una diferencia, la caspa no aparece.En el caso de esta marca en específico tiene varias ventajas como son el precio y la alta concentración de las dosis. Lo recomiendo.

I got this thinking it had significantly more silica than it does.
