Thank you for asking! The sloth is 20 inches long with the arms and about 5 inches wide. The heating pad is 7 inches by 9 inches.

Q: is the sloth machine washable if you take out the heating pad?

Thank you for asking! You could throw in the washing machine but there is a risk of damaging it especially if you are washing with other clothes. Sloth's arms and legs are long and they can easily get tangled with other clothes.

Q: What is the material of the heating pad?

Thanks for asking! The heating element is an organic grain called proso millet. We found that traditional filler flaxseeds get greasy and mildew over time so we came up with the solution with our supplier. This may cause excessive steam and natural earthy smell after microwaved with the first several uses and that's totally normal. Dropping your favorite essential oil onto the heating pad would be a great idea if you prefer the fragrant scent. You can adjust the warmness as you like depending on how long you microwave it

Q: Is there a way to purchase a replacement heating pad? Our sloth is just fine, but after many trips in the microwave the heating pad is all burnt up.
