Caseology Athlex for Google Pixel 7 Pro Case 5G [Integrated Grip] with Military Grade Drop Tested (2023) - Active Black

After a month of using the Caseology Athlex case for my Google Pixel 7 Pro, I'm ready to share my experience. I must say, the case feels like it was tailor-made for my phone. The sleek design complements the Pixel's aesthetic beautifully, and the ergonomic grip has been a godsend - no more heart-stopping slips!The case has a dual-layered structure that promises a lot of protection. I've had a couple of accidental drops, and I'm happy to report that the case lived up to its promise. My Pixel 7 Pro came out unscathed, thanks to the shock-absorbent feature which really seems to dissipate the impact.What I particularly love is the tactile response of the buttons. They have just the right amount of clickiness without being too stiff or too mushy. It's a small detail, but it makes a world of difference when you use your phone as much as I do.However, it's not all perfect. The minor flaw I've noticed is that the case does add a bit of bulk to the phone. It's not excessive, but for those who are fans of ultra-slim profiles, this might be a slight turn-off. Also, while the case doesn't interfere with wireless charging, it seems to make the process a tad slower.Overall, I'm quite pleased with the Caseology Athlex case for the Google Pixel 7 Pro. It's stylish, sturdy, and gives me the confidence that my phone is safe. If you don't mind a little extra bulk and a slight compromise on wireless charging speed, I'd say this case is a solid choice for your Pixel 7 Pro.

A guy as clumsy as I am should not be allowed to have a very expensive piece of technology in his pocket.This cover provides good grip to my phone and leaves me feeling like I have lots more control over it.It took about ten seconds to install.Does nothing to protect the screen. I bought something else for that. This just protects the corners and the camera lenses from a fall.

Ive had about 2 or 3 cases for the pro 7 & and this is by far the best one Ive used. Plenty of protection, feels nice in the hand and not to bulky in the pocket. Textured back is a nice touch. Would buy again

I ended up returning this in favor of a different case because I felt it was almost too rugged and grippy. It was not easy to slide in and out of my pocket. I do think it's very well constructed and could take a fall with ease. It was probably medium in size and added more weight than bulk. Felt comfortable in hand but for me the combined added weight and too much grip were issues.

The case feels tough! It holds the Pixel 7 Pro perfectly and the texture is quite grippy but not in a way that makes it hard to slide in and out of my pocket. Buttons are easy to press, raised top allowing sounds through for calls works great and all cut outs are lined up exactly as they should be. I paired the case with the Milomdoi for Google Pixel 7 Pro Screen Protector [Not Glass] 3 pack Flexible TPU Film. I have a review on that page as well with additional pictures. They fit together with the case great. I could not use the included camera protectors however. The cut out on this case is too narrow to allow it. But I did manage to put on the Ringke Camera Glass Camera Lens Protector. I will just let you know the reviews for them are not stellar and they are correct. Not enough adhesive on the glass. But they fit with the case and the very minimal bubbles in them don't effect the camera at all. That being said I still recommend this case. Feels sturdy and well made. I am confident that this case will last me a long time and protect this phone quite well.

Update October 13, 2022:Case fits the new phone perfectly, grip (as mentioned) is very good. This case works fine with the Google Pixel Stand Gen 2 - seems to charge just fine without needing the remove the case.Original review:Great hand feel, grippy texture, and hopeful the case is as rugged as advertised since it is unscathed even tho the shipping package it arrived in was crushed.The mystery slit on the back is an interesting design choice. Cooling for wireless charging perhaps? No clue!Phone won't be here for a few days so will update with fit and wireless charging compatibility later.

Honestly, I got this case as a hold over until my Dbrand case comes in but I'm pleasantly surprised with the feel of this case. The texture is slightly rough all over the case but the lower side portions have a very grippy texture that helps with one hand holding.Looking at the pictures I wasn't sure of the functionality of the recessed line in the center of the back of the case but I serves as the perfect place to rest your finger tips when holding the case both vertically and horizontally.The camera protection seems more than adequate with good height above the lenses to protect them when setting your phone down on a surface.Overall I recommend for it's affordability and quality.

This case is great and I wouldn't have bought another one if it wasn't for the weight it adds to the already large pixel 7 pro. I wish there were other caseology cases that are just as sturdy but lightweight.
