10'' Utility Blower 1536 CFM 320W Portable Industrial Ventilation Exhaust Fan with 16.5ft Ducting Hose for Sucking Dust, Smoke, Odor and Overspray at Home and Workplace

I was extremely hesitant to buy this extraction fan, because some reviews said that it powers off every 3 to 5 minutes. I had zero issues and it works like a charm. It cut down on so much dust while spring cabinets.

Item came packaged nicely. No instructions but it’s pretty obvious how to set it up. Unit turned right on and was working great. Until I realized it was cycling itself. Runs for about 3:30 then shuts off for 1:20. It keeps this cycle up no matter if it’s sucking or blowing air. That quick cycle makes it almost unusable for what it was made to do. I’ve requested a replacement and will update this review when and if I receive a new unit.Update: seller sent a new unit very quickly and the new unit works as expected. No more short cycling of the fan and I can get a continuous run time out of the unit. Very happy with this purchase.

This thing is incredibly powerful. I probably could've gone with a much smaller size. I am very impressed with the performance given the relatively reasonable cost.

While the center of the fan does suck in air, the outer sides of the fan blow out air. I paint guitars and because of it blowing out air around the sides of the fan it was moving around a lot dust and particles into the air which were getting into the paint. I think it’s a flawed design. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I purchased 11 of these units back in October 2023 I just started using this particular one and it is cycling itself on and off. I have already had to return one of the units that did not work right out of the box. Even though I just started using this unit it is past the return date allowed
