Works well so far and I like the look.
I like the sound, the layout and the look. Don't like the fairly large external power supply.I like having the onboard USB player, though ithe control functions are very rudimentary and I can't figure out what the blinking LED means. There is nothing in the manual that mentions it.The construction seems sturdy.Overall, It's a good value and should work for my solo entertaining purposes.

***It Does Both Capture and Output Audio via USB in Windows***
So many reviews here stated that you can't capture or record audio via the USB that I actually was going to return this item before even trying it, but my curiosity got the better of me. I plugged it into my Windows 10 Alienware laptop and found that it provided a "Mic" device as well as a "Speaker" device. I was able to capture the the sound from a Mic plugged into Channel 1, mix it with an input from another board in Channel 2, and capture that sound in through the USB port on my Laptop. As long as the correct device is selected in Windows, or your application (I am using OBS to Live Stream to youtube), it works great. I can pan the sound between the two with no crackling or noise introduced into the recording or stream. for the price, this is a very nice device.

Good for casual music needs
I've been looking for a mixer like this for years. I often provide sound for town functions like road races and baseball games, and the fewer items I need to bring, the better. In the past, I carried a similar mixer from Behringer, two mics for announcements, a couple of small powered speakers, and a cable or Bluetooth adapter to connect my mobile phone, pre-loaded with music. This mixer with its USB stick support eliminates the cable/adapter; and more importantly, it eliminates the need to tie the phone to the PA: I can now make calls again during the event, and not worry about someone swiping the phone while I'm busy elsewhere. It doesn't have a lot of real 'pro' features, but it's hard to beat it at the price point. The mixer is clear and provides phantom power for mics. It has extra inputs for instruments. The case seems sturdy enough for local travel or a party. The effects are just echo/delay, but a couple of the settings mimic reverb enough for casual use.Complaints?- Coming from the pro audio world, the pots feel a little light and flimsy to me. If I was using this say, 50-100x a year, I would probably opt for something a little more pricey.- The USB audio is pretty rudimentary. It can start, stop, and skip tracks; but it doesn't show the names of songs, nor does it handle sub-folders on the USB stick well.I haven't tried the Bluetooth interface because, again, my goal was to take the phone out of the loop.- Like most mixers in its price range, it uses a power adapter, rather than just an AC cord.

Excellent Value
Was hesitant to purchase because it is not a big brand name but am pleasantly surprised! Have used it now on gigs three times and all features and channels are working fine. All the controls are smooth and quiet. The master volume slider seems a little fragile but for now works well. The FX are basic but all I need. Still carry another mixer in my car for backup but my confidence is growing with each outing. Soon it will be on it's own!

Stopped working in 6 months
Great for the money...if you don't use it often. Been using it atleast once/week. Worked just fine, easy to use, sounded good, etc. Then 6 months later it suddenly starts cracking and popping. Very disappointed it couldn't even last a year.Wish they could fix.

Fantstic mixer for the price
This Audio 2000 AMX7303 is very similar to 3 other mixers on Amazon. The only difference is the graphics on the faceplate and the location of the card slot. The others are:*Depusheng HT4*Seismic Audio Slider 4*Professional 4/7*I chose the Audio 2000 because I felt the graphics matched my other mixers. I provide sound for several different bands and vocal groups. My main system is a Yamaha powered mixer with 8 mic channels and 4 line channels. Every once in a while I need 10 mic channels. I've tried a lot of different adapters, transformers, etc. over the years to boost a mic channel to a line level with poor results. The Audio 2000 AMX7303 is perfect for my situation. Small, very quiet, mic and line inputs and 2 line outputs (L & R) to give me 2 more mic channels when I need them. (I also have a Yamaha 20 channel powered mixer in a road case, but it is a beast to carry around.) The 8 chan yamaha and 2 chan AMX7303 is perfect for when I need 10 mic channels. Other than knowing how long it will last, I consider this to be a professional level mixer at this time.

User friendly and looks professional
Used this to connect 2 microphones and a karaoke machine to a receiver to output music. Very straight forward for the 2 mics using SLR cables in channels 1 and 2. Fed in the track for the karaoke with RCA to RCA connectors to channel 3/4. Outputted the mixed sound using a 1/4" to RCA going into the receiver. On channel 3/4, you need to activate the "tape" channel if you need it by pressing the "mp3" button. One gripe is that the "effect" knob seems to do very little even on max, not a deal breaker but for anyone needing to heavily use the effect in their recording, this might not be enough.
