Best Suitcase Ever
I am absolutely in love with this luggage. When it was delivered I was super excited. The color was amazing. They ease of the way it rolled was exciting and I was pleasantly surprised that it had locks on it as well so no one could get into your luggage. Also, doubly exciting, you can purchase a power bank to use with the luggage so you always have a charger with you, especially at airports that don't have built in outlets in their seats (who does that anymore?).Anyway, took my first trip with this luggage a few weeks ago and this luggage wins hands down over any other luggage I've ever had in my life. At first I was a little skeptical about how much I'd be able to fit in it compared to past luggage. It didn't seem to have as much room. Much to my surprise, I was able to fit a week's worth of clothes, toiletries AND 3 pairs of shoes in this suitcase and not have to unzip the expander. I could've easily gotten more inside with the zipper expanded.Once we got to the airport was my real test. My right hand is usually aching by the time we get to our gate because of the amount of pressure I need to use to roll the bag and keep it on course. With this bag, I could've maneuvered it with one finger. It so easily rolled alongside me and even rolled without me even touching it. The handle has several adjustable heights so my husband who is 6'2" is able to have it at a comfortable level but so am I at 5'1". This luggage is amazing. The price may seem steep but it is well worth it!

The last suitcase you will ever buy - because you will love it and it won't break
I have this suitcase since 2021. LOVE IT! This suitcase has been to all 7 continents with me. And still functioning excellently! It is super light, maneuverability is unmatched, and handle is great and comfortable. So, is it a bit more expensive than some of suitcases out there? Yes. BUT! With lifetime unconditional warranty, excellent build quality, this one will last you for a very long time.

outstanding large 28-inch suitcase
Much lighter than a 28" hardside suitcase should be, and it rolls *so* well.Easily the best wheels on any luggage I've used yet, including other Travelpro. That 28" holds a lot, but takes some getting used to packing this way. There's an expansion zipper which is half closed in my photo. This is my first hard-sided suitcase, and I was a little worried (old horror stories of suitcases breaking)- I even carried straps for emergency repair. But I shouldn't have been. After 2 very long haul flights, 2 long haul flights, two commuter train rides, two amtrak rides, and a mix of cars, taxis, airports, and train stations between them? All with extreme weather changes? There was only one small scratch on one of the corner metal reinforcements. Literally not another scratch anywhere on the thing. I was shocked. The size? Massive. This is what you use for a 2 week trip, or if if you're doing multiple climates, or planning to bring back stuff. I nicknamed it "Big Blue".It does lend itself to overpacking, but also packing this thing is different than a normal top-loading. It opens in the middle, with a zippered compartment on each side. Unlike a softside, there's no give to the outside walls, so things fit differently. If you overfill, you won't be able to close the suitcase (although the expansion gives you an 1-2 inches of "oopsie" space). You can also use that middle/expansion space to stash a few items for easy access (or airport purchases), since getting to the main compartments during transit requires a spot big enough to lay out your enormous suitcase and open it like a clam. Trust me, you want to avoid doing that.Another concern: This things rolls and balances so well you might forget how heavy it really is. Put another bag on the handle, and that might be 60-80lbs (or more, if you're allowed excess weight). Be super careful jumping this over curbs or otherwise manhandling it- that's how hernias happen.Other thoughts: Even with the expansion zipper closed, it's too large to take on most escalators- you'll be going the elevator route. It won't fit between the facing seats on the New York LIRR if the expansion is full. It needs the bottom space on the Amtrak luggage rack. This is the largest suitcase I've ever owned, and it only comes out for specific kinds of trips. And it DOES prompt strangers to ask about your trip because you look like you might be moving abroad. But for those specific trips, it's perfect.

Doesn't perform as well as it looks
Pro - rolls smooth and effortless. Made getting around very easy.Cons - I had an issue with every zipper failing or binding up, and the suitcase was practically empty. The laptop sleeve is a nice idea, but the design is very flawed, especially the way the zipper was done. Some of the materials felt high quality, and some seemed very substandard. If you are a very light packer who occasionally travels and likes to be very mobile and maneuverable this may be a good choice. However, if you are a frequent traveler and need something more robust, I would suggest a different option.
