I am truly impressed at how long the battery lasts on this. It cuts great, easy to change out from hedge shear to grass shear. Cleans up easy, light, trigger safety can be pressed using either hand easy enough but it is located only on one side.However, if you get onto something too hard for it to cut, it seems to go into a lock down and will not work until it resets. I am still not sure how it resets, maybe a time thing, maybe a cool down thing, but if you are doing any heavier work (like my over grown garden) it may be better to use a heavier tool than this.Now not saying it is not good, it is very good, but it is made for lighter trimming, and does that very well. I used one battery for about 2 hours (maybe even 3) fairly heavy use, and it was still going. I went ahead and put it on the charger anyway and did not take long to charge (the initial charge seemed to take several hours).

I wanted a light weight bush trimmer and that is exactly what I got. I have just used it once but it worked great on the bushes I needed to trim. If your bushes are larger you might want something larger, but for me it is exactly what I wanted.

I just got my trimmer and it is great! It has wide cutting scissor teeth which cut well. What really surprised me was the long trimmer. It cut very easily through neglected high grass. The adjustable handle allowed me to set the angle for cutting. It is not the lightest trimmer but you have to consider the size of the battery and it is not objectionably heavy.When pricing other trimmers, this is a great value when considering it has two cutting blades, 2 rechargeable batteries and charger.I am a happy trimmer!

The grass trimmer works great I even used it on a few of my small hedges, The Hedge trimmer openings are small and the boxwood leaves did not fit. I had to make several passes to trim the plant.

Quality craftsmanship, comes with 2 batteries, efficient, performs better than what I expected,compact, easy to use, worth the money and overall Great Deal!

I used the hedge trimmer several times and when I went to charge the battery I see that NO CHARGER is in the box. I realize it's too late to return and I really like the tool but it is useless without a CHARGER. Can you please send me one?Daria Pacosa
