Works great and very soothing
Works great and very soothing. If your irritated this will burn slightly at first because of the salt in it I’m sure but it does subside after a few minutes and then in a few days it is fine. Only thing that is a little weird to me is having to get in the shower and try and wash off all the little pieces that are left behind and when your sore that is no fun to try and clean yourself up from but was totally worth it cause it works.

Not sure what other people are talking about -
No clean up at all, either on the user or in a sitz bath - appears to dissolve in water 100%. No stinging or discomfort from use. Maybe they changed the formula since some of the earlier reviews.

Nothing special compared to other salts. It not a bad product but didn’t knock my socks off either.

The most important thing to know is that this product works.
This is the best product I ever used for hemorrhoids. It totally works and it is gentle. The odor of it is even comforting.

I don't know yet if it "works" but it was not totally comfortable while sitting in it, kind of irritating/burning-feeling. Wondered and don't know, are you supposed to wash it off after? I didn't,as I assume NO. Instructions would be good. The brown color is, to be blunt, disgusting. Looks like you're sitting in... well, you know. I may just go to epsom salts. And, yes, as someone else noted, there's a good bit of after-use cleanup involved.

Potential, but not for me
This product has potential, but I guess it didn't work for me. I suffer from hemorrhoids and bought this because it had great reviews. Poured a pack into a tub with warm water, soaked for 20 minutes and rinsed it off. The next day I didn't feel any different, still had the same problems. So I poured 2 packets into the tube and soaked for 30 minutes this time, still no change. I feel like this sitz bath treatment has potential, but I guess it didn't work for me.
