I had experienced Rauwolfia Vomitoria previously from another brand and another seller with only slight improvement, but this one by Florida Herbal Pharmacy is way more effective in what I have seen and it is because the potency is 10:1, has 500mg per capsule (versus only 30mg of the previous seller) it seems fresh and it is much less expensive. This was recommended by a Naturopathic doctor for an autoimmune disorder of a family member and only after getting this version by Florida Herbal Pharmacy we are finally getting amazing results. We are following the recommended protocol of our ND which includes also Pao Pereira by Florida Herbal pharmacy. Since this is a strong herbal extract. I believe the best way to take this product is by nutritional testing or professional advice since it potentially can cause cleansing reactions such as flu like symptoms, runny or stuffy nose etc.

I don't believe in taking anything long term. This winter my blood pressure spiked a bit, so I started taking this. It lowered my blood pressure right away. I strongly recommend taking before bed. Once I'm able to get out and start exercizing again I'll be able to take myself off this, but a naturapath recommended this years ago, it works like a charm.

This stuff might help support a healthy prostate. I'll never know. Asked Grok before taking it what side effects might happen. Itching was one. About 3 weeks into using it got severe itching at the waist. Applied itch cream and itching set in on the forearms. Yet another supplement I can't take.
