This is just what I needed. I needed something to walk my dog on for days when I just couldn't take him out be it weather or lack of time. My fur baby is trained to go on grass so when I let him out on the patio he took to this grass patch without having to be told twice. I have tried artificial grass and he would not use it. Thank you!! for creating a product that is exactly has you describe. I purchased the XL with the tray.

The upside: Contents arrived in great shape. No weird odors, bugs, or dead spots as cited in some other reviews. The grass is really green and soft. I immediately watered the underside of the grass so to keep it that way and help the top stay dry.The down side:(1.) Folks may want to order off their website as opposed to Amazon. Amazon drivers deliver my packages to apartment complexes with some frequency. This time was no exception, so I had to venture out into the neighborhood to retrieve my package. I guess it matters not that I have instructions on my address label describing my dwelling type to avoid that. Utterly disappointing.(2.) Folks should be prepared for this outcome:My dog is not excited about it, but that's because he's well potty trained to go outside in the yard. (My fault! 😃)-SO-I've moved the grass to the patio. It's outside, so there's hope he'll warm up to using it. If he doesn't, it's because I need to work on retraining him.

I ordered because of a last minute situation and I was so pleased that this arrived 1 day earlier. It is packaged very well and is easy to just unroll on the tray. It smells and looks like real grass. I have two dogs between the ages of 3-12. My dogs looked at me like I was crazy from the time I rolled it out in the garage. My dogs are well trained and are used to the command go potty outside. Well I guess they realize the garage is not outside. I tried everything including setting it outside and all they would do was sniff it and sit on it. We will probably get a new puppy in a few years and I think I may try again then changing my command to potty on grass. Maybe if the then 6 year old sees the puppy get praised and going on it he will too. I can't say enough about how easy and friendly customer service was to work with. They went above and beyond at helping me resolve this issue. I can't say for sure if it was because it isn't the kind of grass the dogs are used to or if it's just their training. I would recommend trying it for your dog. It presents a very handy solution if your dog will use it.

I don't know why but my dog wanted nothing to do with this grass, and the box that came in was wet.. I'd say it really isn't worth the money, I guess it would be better to buy the grass without the thing that goes underneath it, that's what made it really expensive.

Okay… so I bought this product because I have a litter of Italian mastiff puppies. This was my first time managing and raising puppies. There were nine puppies but by the time I purchased it there were only 5 left. It took almost a week for mine to arrive, so keep that in mind when ordering. I think this would have been more successful if I had ordered it when they were about 2 weeks old. So I you have an older dog I’d maybe try a small one at first incase they won’t use it. Now the product is an excellent idea but be prepared to train your dog/puppy to use it. They might not just go there because it’s grass lol the puppies did use it which is so awesome but they also ripped it apart and played with the pieces. I do have large puppies so if you care for small breed dogs/puppies this probably will work well for you with a little training.the biggest negatives for me were the size for the cost. And the fact that they destroyed it pretty quickly.
