I wanted good quality knives which these seem to be. Handles and blades in one material making them easy to clean no areas for food to leave a residue. Very sharp so be careful. Also remember to keep this level of precision the knives will need to be sharpened regularly. All knives will blunt in time.Only issue was the wood blocks was a bit lacking in a quality finish. The gaps for the knives to slot into on the surface were a bit rough.

Couldn’t get one of the knives all the way in the space, it’s like it wasn’t cut all the way down properly, the wood was also a lot darker in person than I thought, love the knives though.

These knives are very sharp and are light to use. That is not a bad thing and prevents fatigue in the wrist. The knife block is sturdy and holds the knives firmly. Being a wooden knife block there is no metal clinking noises like some other knife sets experience with metal blocks. These are a very reasonable price. I have had no issues with rust spots and they have been in the dishwasher several times. Recommended.
