Great shoes, terrible laces
Pros: I really like these shoes. They they look great, are light, have a great barefoot ground feel, and our extremely breathable. The traction feels solid, as does the shoe.Cons: I'm really not sure what Vivobarefoot was thinking with these laces. The laces that come on the shoes are extremely thin, and ribbed. The ribbing prevents the laces from properly moving and makes it hard to get a comfortable, tight fit. The narrow diameter causes them to cut into my feet when tightened enough to make the shoe feel secure. I almost returned the shoes because of the laces. I ended up swapping the laces with a thicker no-tie elastic lace (see photo). It makes the shoes much more comfortable, and the elastic nature adjusts with movement so they don't cut into me.Also: I wish they had half sizes, because the pair I have are slightly longer than I would prefer but the next size down jams my toes.

Love them
Have been working on my messed up feet for awhile to wear something like this it is the most normal looking barefoot shoe i can wear with shorts during summer and for walks but you feel the road so we aware its a lifestyle in foot health so hit that bump or rock you might feel it a bit nothing dangerous but just be aware comfy also

Great shoes!
This shoes has nice quality, for me it’s very comfortable very breathable and I use it on daily basis. I see some comments that this shoes is thin, needs additional soles, very uncomfortable, etc… before you buy this shoes you should read the description and watch their video! I would not recommend using this in a rough terrain but for everyday walking and moderate exercise (jogging, running gym), I would recommend it!

Really nice shoe
Very slim and flat, kinda looks like a foot without the burden of toes. I really like it for running/gym use. Also really good easy shoes for lazy errands if you keep them dry, though for activities they don’t really suffer when they get wet, i just don’t like wet socks. The grip on them is quite good both on gravel and gym surfaces.

Not the right color
Unfortunately, the "deep sea blue" doesn't match the pictures. It has a white sole, and blue accents instead of a yellow sole with obsidian accents. Did some digging, and it looks like Vivobarefoot just doesn't sell this variant anymore, but still disappointing since I think it looks better.Shoe feels good, although a bit short (I just barely poke the front of the shoe with my second toe). Unfortunately, I wouldn't want to go up a whole size since it would be way too large - hopefully the shoe will just stretch a tad with use. Really wish there was half sizes with this brand. I find this shoe more comfortable than my Xero Aqua sports - it's a more substantial shoe with thicker treads and I'm hoping it'll last longer. As others have mentioned, the laces are not great. Too long and thin, but that I can replace. A nitpick is that I'd love a loop on the shoe tongue just to make putting these on a little easier.Overall, nothing that's going to stop me from wearing these shoes, but I do have a lot of nitpicks with these shoes after only a week of owning them.

*Update* Poor build quality ×2
I'm not usually very worried about what my shoes look like, but the tip of this shoe started to wear within the first week. A $160 shoe should be built better. The bottoms of the shoes have gotten more comfortable over time, but the shoelace clasp is annoying and comes loose easily, and it can be very painful when you try to kneel and it stabs into the top of your foot. I should have just gotten the cheap ones.Update:The return window closed for this item a few weeks ago. So as you might expect they broke. One of the super thin shoelace loops towards the opening of one shoe gave out today. On the bright side, I was just starting to get used to them and was finding them to be quite comfortable.I'll be pursuing a refund, and I will update if I get one.Update 2:After contacting the seller directly (off of Amazon) I was able to get a replacement. It has been a couple months since then, and the new pair got worn out in the same way and then broke in the same way. I guess you're not supposed to wear them every day. They are just so you can look trendy or something. I really want to love these shoes, as they are comfortable once you get used to them.

Laces suck
Cool comfy shoes, laces suck, highly recommend purchasing laces if you prefer a snug fit for runs or more kinetic workouts.

Overall great shoes
Im very much a "one shoe to rule them all" type and these have held up very well. I run in them, use them as water shoes, mow in them, work in them, everything. Not to say they're great for all these things, but they don't even really show any signs of wear besides being a bit more flexible. They have tough soles to protect against sharp rocks without being too stiff and they secure nicely at the ankle to stop slipping and blisters. Only personal issue I had was the shoes not having in-between sizes, as one of my toes on the right foot is a bit longer than the others, thus causing minor blisters on that one toe. I removed the insoles and it created enough space to not be an issue.
