Product shiped is different than what was demonstrated
Nov 28, 2023 2:03 PMDear Sir, I purchased Dell XPS 13 Plus 9320 from Amazon on January 08, 2023 on a promise that the purchased items is brand new product without any disclaimer of "used like-new"; however i was told by the dell authorized services center that the I am not the registered owner of this laptop; instead this laptop is registered for a company. This is unacceptable and not expected by Amazon as a genuine sales platform.Given that the laptop has some technical issues, the authorized services center has refused to accept the product due to ownership conflict. Moreover, I have been facing the same technical defect (poor battery) since the purchase of this Laptop. This is a serious matter and I seek immediate action from Amazon. I hereby demand full refund equal to the purchase price.ThanksSwami

Product Not As Described
The unit that was actually shipped to be is a great laptop, but the description given is INACCURATE. The description says this is a OLED screen, but it is in fact a FHD (1920 by 1080) screen. It is overpriced as configured so shop somewhere else.

Disappointing Experience with the XPS 13 plus
As an avid user of technology, I was excited to get my hands on the XPS 13+, but alas, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The trackpad's erratic behavior is a daily frustration, making simple tasks feel like a chore. Additionally, the abysmal battery life leaves much to be desired, constantly tethering me to a power outlet. The touch function keys, touted as a convenient feature, are nothing short of a nuisance. I find myself tapping multiple times just to get them to register, a glaring flaw in an otherwise sleek design. In daylight, the backlit keyboard is incredibly challenging to see the key letters clearly on the platinum color, hampering productivity and causing unnecessary strain on the eyes. Tip, turn off backlight in bright areas. To add insult to injury, the news of the same Digital function role in the upcoming XPS 14 and 16 is deeply concerning. It seems the manufacturer is doubling down on a flawed concept rather than addressing user feedback. I have reached my breaking point and have decided to part ways with this subpar product, even if it means selling it at a loss on eBay. Until Dell rectifies these issues and prioritizes user experience over flashy innovations,I won't be considering another XPS purchase. It's a shame to see such potential squandered by misguided design choices.
