I cannot overstate my satisfaction with this purchase. The Angel USA 22" x 18" scale was perfectly calibrated right out of the box (I used a 0.5 kg calibration weight to check it), and the instructions were clear, but concise. The size is a perfect compromise between having adequate-sized weighing platform to accommodate our large, under 100 lb. shipping boxes and being small enough for ease of storage. I think that the system could benefit from a way to disconnect the indicator from the scale platform for easier portability. It's kind of awkward to manage the large-dimensioned, 12 lb. platform and permanently-connected indicator unit at the same time. All it needs is a $5 (for durability) connector inline on the control cable.

This scale not only stopped working shortly after I bought it. The products I sent out weren’t weighed correctly and cost me additional costs. I highly don’t recommend this product. Waste of your money.

I love how easy it is to carry, set up, and use. I keep it in my cargo van, and it gets put to use on 20-110lb crates daily. It’s not pin-point accurate, but it gets you right up and around the poundage give or take 1-2lbs. As with most portable scales, always turn off and and back on to re-weigh if you make changes to the item you’re weighing. I’ve used many brands and types, and that’s a general rule of thumb. I will say that the cord is sensitive. Meaning if something is on the cord (any pressure), it will change the weight. I haven’t tried any calibration techniques they provide yet, as I’m always weighing something that’s already been on a scale, so I have a very close number that I’m verifying. Couldn’t honestly give feedback on calibration. Decent product.

A soup kitchen I work with needed a means to weigh food donations to credit the donors. Before I got this one, they would weigh themselves with and without the donated food to get the weight of the donation. This is sooo much easier. The scale sits on a table with the digital display on a ledge behind. Lee can weigh and log all the food donations in about a quarter of the time it used to take. He is ecstatic and would probably give it more than five stars. From my perspective, the price was also great.
