MUCH lower quality that previous version.
I ordered this cover to replace one that cracked. The original was purchased is 2015. The latest version has obviously been subjected to significant design updates to reduce production and material cost. The previous version mount hinged on bolts on one side and had slide pins on the other. The new version has 4 slide pins. The footprint is reduced an covers less area. The plastics chi’s thinner and shows molding defects in many places. Most importantly, the original had an internal screen mesh screen to keep needles and debris from getting between the louvers. The new version has no screen. The shape has been flattened on the sides and will definitely be noisier in cross winds. Some of the changes are not a big deal. But, the sum total is a significantly inferior product to the others I own.

Smoke tint allows in the right amount of light
Installed three of these roof vent covers. They were easy to install on my standard roof vents. Two of the vents had fans. They allow plenty of air flow and allow just enough light. The brackets attach to the vent frame so no holes in the roof. The vent cover clips allow easy removal of the cover if needed. While camping it rained real hard and no water came in. Highly recommend.
