Actually pretty good!
I'll be honest, it took me forever to try these after I bought them because I didn't read the reviews until after I bought them. Some of the reviews are not very favorable and I'm a picky eater. So, I finally decided to give it a try. In all honesty, the only one I've tried is the spaghetti marinara (I tried it first to get it done and over with because those were the worst reviews I read), it was actually really good! I was so surprised I had to go ahead and write a review before trying any of the other flavors. If it turns out I don't like the other flavors, I can always change my review, but I have a feeling that won't be the case. My only suggestion to anyone trying this product, try to mix it as best you can before you start eating it.

Inedible and strong weird chemical smell
I am legitimately blown away by how terrible these were. Ive consumed many a shirataki noodle in my day, and was excited to give these a try, since the sauce pairing can really make or break the meal with this type of noodle. They all had added sugars or stevia, which didnt make much sense to me given the savory flavors. But the flavors of each missed the mark so badly. There was also such an overwhelming strange chemical smell in my kitchen after opening these packets and heating them up, that Ihad to air out the room (and its January in Boston) and then light a candle.... Ive never had to purge a smell from my kitchen the way Ihad to with these. I do NOT recommend these. Buy the plain noodles instead and look up an easy way to prepare them yourself instead.

Can’t get all of it out so have to add water and scrape the bag
These are made for the microwave. I don’t do microwaves and maybe this review is unfair…..however, while I do like the idea of these meals, and they are nice, you can’t get all the sauce out without adding water to the ‘empty’ packet and watering the sauce down. Even then, you need to use a spatula to scrape the sides down. I can fix these issues, but would like to have a better container, or heavier sauce, and no tofu (in one). They are tasty once you make up for the added water…..

Great substitude for carbs for weightloss
I had been purchasing these flavored shitake noodles for years now and helped me lose weight for sure. It takes time to get used to the texture and the noodles themselves absolutely have no flavor, which is why the tasty sauce packages are a big help. Easy to heat it up for 1 min in the microwave and add protein to it or broccoli. I gave it 4 stars because this particular shipment contained a dried-out package. One bag was defective and had a plastic rubber with smaller-sized noodles in them. I am not sure how it happened, because they still were in their original liquid and packaging. However, for the price, it is very unpleasant throwing that much money into the garbage. Otherwise, I will order again just from a different platform to avoid damaged item.

180 Calories for Nothing!
Beware: these aren't 90 calories. They have two servings, and the portion size is stupidly small. I was using these as a lazy way to make a shirataki pasta base for my spaghetti until I realized they were a full 140-160 calories MORE than if I'd just used Miracle Noodle spaghetti. Holy crap!Considering a can of one of the numerous low-cal varieties of soups = 70-100 calories per serving for a total of 140-200 calories in a can, it's completely unforgivable that this tiny portion that couldn't fill up a field mouse is the same number of calories. Where do the calories come in? Shirataki is close to zero calories. What are they adding to junk this up? Whatever it is, I am never buying these again, even though I really do like them (as a base for meals).I wish they'd make a steamer shirataki base for meals directly, so that you don't have to deal with the weird fish flavor OR these extra calories!

One of the best Konjac noodle
I have been buying this one multiple times since my husband likes it. Easy to prepare noodles and taste is good. The texture is pretty much closed to any konjac noodles, but since this brand has different sizes of noodles, he likes it.
