Un Excelente Suplemento

Strengthens immune system
Taking it for my immune system. I have COPD and over the years I've noticed a very gradual slow improvement with my COPD and that is with taking only one capsule daily. (I have a very small build) I have been wanting to increase my intake of it but am usually rushing around taking many supplements and forget to take more than one capsule of NAC. After writing this review I shall do better and remember to take more than one capsule daily. I take a Gluthione with the NAC. I am in my early 80's and rarely sick.

My doctor recommended I try this product starting out at 1600 mg and then increasing 2400. She told me to take it at night. Because it might have some stomach side effects including nausea but I haven't noticed any side effects. I don't have severe o c d but I have some tendencies so I gave it a shot This Prada works wonders it took a couple days but I'm very happy with it.
