Ease of handeling
Light weight, easy to Handel. Glad I bought it, am using it in the house. I have cathedral ceilings and this ladder is perfect.

Cross bars weak
As mentioned before, the cross bars looks like they will bend and if they do, the ladder will be useless. Also, the paint tray does not move up, so you cannot get close using it in that position.

Used ladder
I bought a new ladder. But what I received had signs of heavty usage. This is not a new ladder. See pictures. There are lots of deep scratches, fingerprints, and dirt. I am returning it.
