Great rollar ball.
Nice rollar ball, bigger than a lacrose ball which is what I wanted. Works great.

Hard end caps are frustrating
If it didn't have those hard plastic ends it would be worth 5 stars. As it is...watch out! When rolling and the hard plastic ends make contact with a smooth surface, look out! It will squirt out from under you!

Didn't work well for me
I purchased it to massage my glutes but it was to hard. However the product was well made but wasn't useful for what I needed that's all.
