My picture looks fabulous in this frame. It was easy to put together and the customer service of this company was superb. They were very fast answering my questions and they really accommodated me. I highly recommend this and this company.

Brightens art without overwhelming the subject.

I bought two frames in different sizes from this seller. Both were received in good condition, and both were easy to put together. I bought additional frames from two other sellers at the same time, and these were very good quality by comparison.

On quality alone, this frame would definitely get 5 stars from me. The materials and workmanship were excellent and it looks great, BUT—I have to take a star off for the instructions. Oh, they were very clear, with photos, but they were incomplete. If you order one of these, understand that you have to slide the hangers in BEFORE you join the corners. The instructions made no mention of the hangers (there are 2) and I followed the instructions exactly, so I had the frame all together and the canvas mounted when I realized I couldn't add the hangers. I also had four corner pieces with a large central hole that weren't mentioned in the instructions, and I couldn't figure out what I was supposed to do with them. A 5-star product with 1-star instructions, but for me the main thing is the quality of the frame and that is why it gets a 4 instead of a 2.5.

Ordered the 40x40 gold frame. Assembly was easy and the parts fits perfectly, well made. Just beware, as stated in the instruction, the corned edge is fairly sharp and can easily cut you until the frame is assembled. Cotton gloves are instruction to mitigate that concern. Very pleased with my purchase.

It is nice and all but I ordered 3 frames and it only had 2 sets of assembly tools that went with it. Could’ve been easier if return/replacement is quick but I think this is coming from China and we waited more than two weeks for it to arrive so I don’t think asking for just the tools and waiting 3wks again is not worth it. I’m kinda disappointed since I was really excited to get these.

The instructions to put it together sucked, but if you stare at long enough, you’ll figure it out. Once it was put together was super nice. I framed a piece of carpet from the Portland airport in it. Just use two sided tape on the back of the carpet.

So easy to put this frame together and my 11x14 wood canvas from Michael’s fit perfectly! I love the thickness and color of this frame! The gold is a great color, it shines and looks expensive.
