The media could not be loaded. I am a professional hairdresser and I was impressed with this barber/haircutting kit. This comes with everything you possibly need to get the job done. It has a nice carrying case, two chargers for the trimmers. There is a regular sized trimmer for cutting longer hair and then a small trimmer for edging out lines and getting closer to skin. These are both cordless and come already charged which is a bonus. The clippers show you how much battery is left by displaying a number 1-100. (100 being fully charged.) There are several guards for the trimmers to help you blend lines when doing a fade and to be able to cut at different lengths. There is a pair of cutting sheers and also a pair of thinning sheers to help create texture, remove weight and blend lines. This set has a cutting cape and also oil for the scissors and trimmers.As a professional I wouldn’t use these as my go to trimmers in the salon, but definitely as a back up in case something happens to my main pair. The scissors are ok to do an at home haircut, but I wouldn’t use them in the salon…but I am so very picky with my cutting shears!! If you are in need of a starter set to do haircuts in hair school or at home on your kids or family members, do not hesitate to buy this set! It’s a great value and good quality. I just don’t know if I would recommend for professional every day use in the salon or barber shop.

Trimers pinch the neck and pulls hair

I've been cutting my kid's hair for 16 years now, so I have used quite a few different clippers over that time. I've always wondered why people bothered spending so much on hair trimmers when you can get a set for $20. At first appearance, it looked like it was all the same thing. They all had similar heads, so they worked the same, right? After using this set, I completely understand what the difference is. I'm converted and will never cut hair with that cheap junk again!There are so many features that make these clippers more advanced than the other sets I have been using for years. These trimmers fit so well in my hand that it provides more control over the cut, and that provides a better cut for my kids. The quality of the blade is a huge difference, so clean and smooth. I could see the difference between what this did and every other haircut life had ever given. There was a difference in the weight of the clippers. The vibration was not as aggressive, so my hands didn’t start to go numb or cramp. The blade moved through their hair like it was cutting the air. There were no clogs to clear out, nor did the battery die halfway through. I really liked the screen on the back of the razor that displays the charge level. I was able to complete both haircuts with an 80 percent battery remaining.The beard trimmers on the back of the neck cut as smoothly as a wet razor. I have never seen any of my trimmers cut so smoothly. I had never considered using an electric trimmer for shaving before, but now I am putting some consideration into trying it. I can't say enough about the wireless connection. Not being stuck with a wire like a leash limits your movement and still has such consistent power. I did not use the scissors, but both the normal scissors and the thinning scissors felt very well made. Both trimmers, capes, and different heads are housed in one nice, convenient case. I wish I had gotten this years ago, and I know my sons are I'm so grateful that these have come into my life.
