Extremely sharp knife. We use it for car camping and it works perfectly for that.

So I got this to travel with my friend who has many dull kitchen knives. This knife works well, has good steel and is easy to use but clearly has some fit & finish issues. It does make a great chef’s knife and folds into it’s handle.

I purchased this to replace a cheap, fixed blade chef's knife that I keep in my camping kitchen. The folding knife is safer than an unsheathed blade in the bag in which I keep kitchen utensils. This knife has a nice double hollow-ground blade that came very sharp, and has a good heft (not too light). This appears to be well made, durable, and exactly what I was looking for. The beech wood handle is a little dry, so I will oil it with a food-grade mineral oil periodically.

Bought this as a “dupe” for a far more expensive brand I saw in a YouTube video. It’s awesome. Sharpens up super fine and works like a champ. We use it camping in our teardrop trailer kitchen and it’s been fabulous.

"Well Made" this blade is right and tight. Feels good in your hand. Some of the best built quality I've ever seen in a Amazon knife. Good thick steel. Well cut. Well sharpened. Well designed. This is a large knife. An actual folding kitchen knife. It's awesome.I almost don't want to use it for camping. It's so nice. I'm gonna buy a second with a sheath. This is a really cool blade. Get one. 😊

The knife arrived very sharp. The blade is a useful size and shape for food prep. I am deducting one star because the wood handle needs a better finish on it. I'm going to try some tung oil.

I love these knives. Several of my camping friends are considering purchasing them as well.
