Not unlocked!
The phone is locked to a Verizon SIM card. I tested both a Mint Mobile and Metro PCS SIM card and the phone doesn't allow me to get past the initial set of process because it is not recognizing a non-verizon wireless Sim card. It asks for a Verizon wireless SIM card or to shut it down. No way to use it.

Works great!
The phone came like new in box with the charger. It is comfortable to use, nice big numbers, charges well, and very good battery life for my limited needs. I got the extended coverage just in case. I took it to T-Mobile as that is where I had my Pre-paid Legacy Account, and they did not charge me for the new updated network SIM, and took care of the set up for me. I finally had to get rid of my old flip phone because they were no longer carrying 2 and 3G services. The notification it gives of this is "not a Verizon sim" cannot be removed. The store assistant manager who set this up for me explained that because it was a phone specifically made originally for Verizon, will get that notification with no way to remove it. He said the same thing would happen if I took a T-Mobile phone made specifically for them to another carrier. I just disregard it. He assured me the phone is unlocked otherwise, it would not work on the T-Mobile network. If someone else has different information on this, please post it in a review. I'm very pleased with my phone, and hope you will be too.

This device is not unlocked!It comes with a note that it will show up an error massage but in a minute or two will close the error and phone will work normally with any carrier,I waited up to an hour and just saw this error that:this sim card you've insert is not from Verizon...Thanks for Amazon for the easy refund process!

No tiene WhatsApp
El teléfono funciona sin problemas y estéticamente está muy bien, pero me llevé una decepción cuando ví que la versión del sistema operativo de KaiOs no tiene compatibilidad con muchas aplicaciones, incluyendo WhatsApp y Facebook.
