This has a real citrus favour, so versatile I use it in marinades, sauces I.e. Rose Marie sauce, Tare Tare sauce, for baking. Add on smoked salmon with a little black pepper delish. Can be used on fruit and vegetables that go brown if left. The list goes on it’s a store cupboard must so enjoy.
