I never use this product before so I don't know the qualityBut looks wise good and freshi used hk fishoil, I've uploaded that picture this product claims it's 1000mg fish oil, 360mg EPA and 240mg of DHA but the capsules are smaller and harder than Hk capsulesOk, i used that product for 2 months and re write the review again...

nicely packed, no aftertaste or fishy burps till now.after comparing many options i went with this one as it provide triple EPA DHA (always look for MG in these two fat...oil mg doesn't matter as other have 1000 or 1500mg oil but only 300 combined fat)
