Excelente cerradura. La tengo instalada en 2 puertas de oficina. Tuve un problema cuando se averió el sistema que abre una de las puertas. Le escribi a Harfo enviando un video con el problema. Ann Wang me envió una nueva cerradura. Me respondieron rapidamente.

I had an older model that worked for about 2 years. The entire time I could only get the fingerprint scanning to work about 15% of the time, and the unit finally just failed open. The electronics made all the right noises but the lock was completely disengaged. This time I can tell the construction is MUCH more solid, and the fingerprint scanning is FLAWLESS. The TT mobile app works well and is easy to set up. I highly recommend this item. And quite honestly, that’s the first time I’ve said that about ANY Amazon purchase. If you buy it, you will be very happy with this unit.

After six months of use, the lock malfunctioned – the handle/latch wouldn't open the door from outside, even after inputting the correct passcode or fingerprint. However, the customer service team was exceptional. They quickly diagnosed the issue and sent a replacement immediately. Their speed and efficiency were truly impressive. I'm now very happy with the product and the outstanding service.

So I did a search on Amazon for a smart door handle lock with a remote control our key fob because I own a walk in business and opening an app waiting for the internet to pull up the app and open the door remotely with the app TAKES WAY TO LONG. WHY IS THERE ONLY ONE SMART DOOR LOCK WITH KEY FOBS TO OPEN THE LOCK ON AMAZON? Apps suck and I wand my businesses door lock on the internet so hackers and other weirdos can hack my info, nor would want my home lock. I don’t want Alexa or any other intrusive internet connected electronics PERIOD especially security cameras and door locks. Any ways, so when I searched for it this product came and it looks like the 3 pass keys are remotes with buttons on it because they are solid black with glowing green lines that makes it look like they’re buttons. Plus the description say (remote) specifically! This is deceitful and I will be returning this item. Thanks for wasting my time. Not only that you have a Bluetooth extender for your phone if you want to use this lock.

I have been using Harfo locks for my office for a few years now. It has good fingerprint capture and a long battery life. This is the only lock I have found where it can easily be put in passage mode by pressing the lock icon on the display while it is flashing after it has been unlocked, without having to go into the settings each time to do this (the setting for this is user limit-off- passage mode off- it can be a little hard to understand this on the manual). This makes it easy for employees to leave the door unlocked during business hours and tapping out with their keycard at the end of the day to lock it. It has a small but effective OLED screen that displays the settings making it easy to navigate to make changes. It has voice guidance as well, which I prefer to turn off. Adding users is very simple from the lock itself. If anyone has difficulty registering a fingerprint or using it to unlock I just program a RFID card- 3 are included with the lock purchase.I had problems with my lock and emailed customer service from the information included in the manual, they responded the next day and shipped a replacement.They do not have live customer service, and keeping track of the users requires writing it down, but I find that is not a problem. The replacement lock they sent me is improved from the original one I purchased- it has 3 bolts on the outside lock that fit into the hole for the latch to connnect to the backplate instead of two and one that goes through the door, so do not need to drill a hole in the door anymore. Also the reversible handle used to be secured with a single set screw on the side, but that left it wobbly and prone to coming loose over time. Now it is secured with two phillips screws under the removable magnetic plate and is much more secure. Just remember to have the physical key on your keychain or in a secure place as a backup in case the lock fails.I see they now have a bluetooth version now, which helps for programming and keeping track of the users. I find bluetooth can be slow to respond each time , no matter which brand of lock you use, and the wifii gateways can be frustrating for remote access, so I am happy with the way this lock works from the on screen menu for my needs.

This lock works great. It is nice to be able to assign different passcodes or fingerprints to operate the door and see who is coming and going. Customer service is the main reason I give them a 5-star rating. We had an issue with the lock not locking, and after we contacted customer service, they sent us a replacement to get us back up and running.

Mechanically, the door does not consistently open when unlocked. The internal mechanism seems to be damaged. The lock has only been installed for a month. DO NOT PURCHASE.Update:The vendor replaced the broken lock free of charge after I'd like a negative review. After reading more reviews it seems the lock fails everyone after 6 months to 12 months. Although the lock has great features, connects to my Wi-Fi Hub so that I can work with it from home and get notifications anywhere, I am concerned that the lock will fail again. Overall it's a great device that needs to be mechanically more sound.
