If the Xbox One and/or the Roku Tv are Bluetooth, then the answer is Yes! The chair will flash red if not hooked up and blue once completed. The sad part is you can only hook up to one device at a time. I hope this helped you and others.

The receiver has two plug in's. One for chair and one for headphones or additional set of speakers.

I would not buy this brand. just over 1 years old and the lifter shock failed (the bottom retaining pin wore out the mounting hole, worked a deal to buy a new shock because i was just past the warranty period they shipped the new lifter i installed it it has been less than 3 weeks in use and it is not supporting any weight it slowly drops and occasionally just drops 2 or so inches.. |this chair is a train wreck, but a different vendor or buy the office chair.,. you wont be sorry that way.

There is a bluetooth receiver in the pouch on the back of the chair. Once it is charged up you can synch it to any device that supports bluetooth.
