When I ordered this laptop they delivered to me the one with weak battery, I asked the buyer for the return, he exchanged me with Avery good same type laptop with abetter battery, it's a good proud compared to it's price, I would recommend the seller to any of you reading this review...

not as expected compared to refurbished Lenovo T470 i purchased last year.
please don't get me wrong, i purchased last year also a refurbished Lenovo laptop with the same seller, only battery is the issue that i didn't complain, but this time i noticed some issues...1. windows OS seems not original, not possible to reset, as per laptop's message"could not find recovery environment"2. there is already a google chrome installed with Arabic message in its search bar/ history.3. the track pad also seems not original 'coz it mentioned Dell trackpad and the pointer moves weird.
