As a long time Crossfitter, new rope climber…this leg sleeve has saved me. We did not do rope climbs at my previous gym, but upon switching gyms, I was forced outside of my comfort zone. My wrap leg was getting tore up at the ankle to the point I didn’t want to continue climbing, not because I couldn’t, but because it hurt. Upon a recommendation from a fellow gym goer, I ordered a sleeve and I can say with certainty, it’s been a game changer. I no longer experience pain or discomfort in my ankle or leg. I love the color of this sleeve and that it’s simple yet effective. It provides ample protection from the rope and fits securely to my larger calf. I purchased the S/M based on the sizing chart and it is snug and does not budge. So far, it’s held up well for all the rope climbs!

Perfect
If you climb ropes for CrossFit this is exactly the protection you need. Most people use a knee sleeve slid down at my gym but I don’t wear them and didn’t want to purchase a pair of something when I only need it for one leg.

Dramatic Improvement Over previous models
Fit is good. If you're a man, order L/XL size unless you have very skinny calves. I'm 5'10" and 190 pounds with "normal size" calves and they have a snug fit. (like compression gear)The coolest feature is the material right in the low front shin area, right where the rope lays when you're doing a "J-hook" style rope climb. My previous (Rock Tape brand) sleeves have holes in them in this spot because there were just the neoprene material. This material on the UNBROKEN sleeve is like a super-dense little carpet (no really), that feels like it won't wear through with the friction of the rope.Excited to try this out.

Rope clumps, snatches, and cleans are so much easier now bc this eliminates so much of the pain and pressure and scratching. Fits great too.
