Great product - durable, comfortable grips.
I bought the 100 and 150 pound versions of these. I was up to 4 sets of 25 per hand with the 100 pound version after a couple of weeks, and then lost them. Used properly, these things will set your forearms on fire and really stimulate some growth. Check your ego and go for a forearm workout instead of trying to one-rep the big one like we're in gym class at high school.

Half the price of Grip Genie's and they are the samething
I feel like these are no name Grip Genie's, that their supplier is cleverly selling direct for half the price. Good quality, good stuff. Got the 100lb version and use with no cushion. Its built tougher skin all over the bottom of my hand and has greatly improved my grip. *I can hang on the pull up bar even longer now. Not sure if I will get the 150lb next or not.

Tougher than expected
Great way to build muscle while traveling (which I do for my job). Tougher than expected and I would probably not go with the 150 lb for a beginner. I kinda wish I would’ve gone with the 100 lb, but at the same time I can now almost fully close the 150 lb, which was impossible at first.

Wasteful extras but great product
The review comes later, here's a little guide first.Let's talk about grippers, since not many reviews here seem to know them well: grippers are a tool used to measure and train crushing strength, or the strength of the fingers pulling towards the palm, something which uses the inner forearm muscles and many supporting muscles in the hand. They do not train pinch (thumb and fingers) strength and less effectively train support grip (holding). To properly test and train with grippers, you set them in your hand so that the "longer" handle is resting in your palm close to and parallel to your knuckles (rather than resting along the base of your thumb), then you put your fingers on the other handle and squeeze untill the handles contact eachother. Closing the gripper, with handle contact, is how you measure progress and train (though there are other ways to train). Sometimes you will need the help of the other hand to bring the handles together in order to get your fingers on the other handle, this is normal for people with smaller hands and for grippers at the top of your skill level. These grippers aren't easy. I would recommend, for women or men's non-dominant hand, to buy a 50lb gripper first. 100lbs isn't an easy level, it's a level to start on for most men who dont weight train and for women who do. 150 is for fairly strong men who do a decent ammount of weight training, and strong women who do a lot of it, likely grip-specific training too. 200 is for strong men who train grip and women who explicitly train grip quite hard: this requires incredible strength for a woman. 250 is for truly world-class female grip strength and very, very strong male grip strength. 300 is world-class male grip strength, and I am not aware of any woman who has closed the 300lb gripper (be the first!). 350lb is absolutely world-class male grip strength, there are only dozens of men in history who can close a gripper of this caliber.Review:The extra wrap, tape, and foam covers are totally inappropriate for the heavier grippers: nobody using the heaviest grippers would use these accessories. They could be eliminated from the bundle for a reduced overall cost to the user and less waste, but perhaps could be kept with the 100lb gripper.I ordered the 250, 300, and 350 pound grippers. I can not close these yet, but I needed something past 200 to work on. They have good knurling and the fit and finish overall is good, though I would like a better indication of which handle is the palm handle. They are very firm, and seem to be in line with other grippers of the same ratings. The construction is excellent, but the foam and tape seem wasteful for such a niche and "expert" level product, plus the handles are either symmetrical or simply very hard to tell apart.

Exactly what I hoped for
Love the product, and crunching is smooth. I am working on getting hand/arm strength for a long time.. I have other tools such as Digiflex that I have all the levels for, and really like. This is a perfect compliment and addition. I love the cushioned grips that it came with.. I will work this 200 lb baby for a good long while, and then move on up to the next level.

Handling
I would suggest making one for left hands and one for right hands, because if we hold it in our right and then left hand it holds different and pressure points feel different. You would just have to turn around one of the metal bars that bend in the circle formation in the other way.
