Buyer Beware of returns policy
Purchased this item on basis of good reviews. Well packaged and arrived quickly. However, after first use I quickly realised this wasn't for me. The product is made of hard material with next to no flexibility. I have a protruding C7 vertebra which pressed on the base of the stretcher causing severe discomfort and pain so stopped use immediately. I started the returns process to discover it "wasn't eligible for return" so am now left with a product I'm unable to use. So, buyer beware, check before purchase that this is the right product for you or you may find yourselves wasting money as I have. As for it's effectiveness, according to reviews it suits and benefits other users, but I can't comment personally as it's too painful to use. The only consolation is that I could possibly use the heating pad on a neck pillow to relieve a migraine headache, tension or just to relax.

Beware, this is not returnable
Actually tiny, much smaller than it looks in the pictures, very misleading. Unable to return so stuck with an unusable item. Check product measurements carefully before ordering.
