Beautiful product! Much prettier and a higher quailty then expected. Arrived quickly and in a box that kept in safe with no assembly at all. Love the adjustment ability and is easy to use! The sound is very sothing.

Got a good deal on this during pre-holiday sales so I bought one for my BFF & one for myself. I was intrigued by the sliding "volume control" feature & surprisingly, it actually does work. I wouldn't call the tone exactly deep tone but it's definitely not a tinny or tinkling sound...more of a mid range & "rounded" tone not a cheap clanking noise. The sound of these chimes shouldn't upset your neighbors... BUT if that's really your goal then don't buy this brand.The materials seem to be good quality and the finish was smooth & very pleasant to look at. It arrived neatly packaged in a box... not just tossed in a plastic bag in a jumbled mess of tubes & strings like so many other chimes I've purchased in the past. I didn't feel like I was wrestling multiple tangled strings of Xmas lights or a jumbled mass of clothes hangers... if you know what I mean?!Anyway, these are definitely pleasing to eyes & ears. My BFF & I are both pleased & looking forward to hearing our new chimes while we sip tall iced teas & chill on our screened porches this summer.

My mom did not understand why her wind chimes would not make a sound so I looked and told her that the bottom part had been cut off and that part was needed to catch the wind. She wanted another set very badly so I went through and played the sounds of the chimes available on Amazon and she picked this set so I bought them for her as part of her birthday present. She loves to listen to them on a daily basis which also makes me happy.

I love these wind chimes! So glad to have bought them because they add calm and peace into a hectic life. The sounds the chimes make are beautiful and you can adjust the volume as well which I thought was genius! Also, these are great if you meditate. It helps put you in a zen state quite easily. I put my chimes up on my garden balcony and I can enjoy the melodic calming sounds throughout my apartment. I have no complaints of the craftsmanship. It is well made and stunning next to the greenery of my plants. The hummingbirds were a little wary at first, but after a couple hours they were back enjoying the hummingbird feeder. So overall, these chimes don’t just make pretty sounds. I think they are very helpful in improving the quality of life.

They look nice, each note is clear and pleasant. But they are not tuned so opposite tubes are sometimes producing dissonance. Sent them back and will save up for tuned ones like I have upstairs.

Very nice/soothing sounds. I also bought 2 others as gifts. I do recommend this product.
