I bought this to take with me to Canada and as soon as I landed here I only boiled rice in the open pot without even using the pressure cooker part. As I reached the bottom of the rice I realized the rice is getting black spots that smell like rust. I quickly removed the rice and washed the pot and saw these black spots on the bottom of the pot. I was under the impression that this is a stainless steel cooker but I tried to stick a magnet to it and it stuck, so it is definitely iron as well. And the stainless steel layer isnt very good either. How can it corrode by just BOILING RICE!I used my luggage allowance to carry this heavy cooker all the way to Canada and cant even return it. I tried contacting product support but there is no link or number. If the customer service is seeing this please resolve this as soon as possible. It is unacceptable.

its heavy good steel. bit difficult to close the lid sometimes. they have not given any instruction. the mechanism is u have to keep the raised dots on the lid to the centre of the holder of the pan & turn it so that the black holders are overlapping.cooker works well,not used the fry pan.

I am using this cooker from last 8 months, it's so good and easy to handle. Quality also good and base bottom is also very thick. It's cook food very fastly than the other one. Overall good quality product

One of the worst product. If you are an international student and is thinking to take this with you to out of India, then it will the worst mistake you will do. I purchased it so that I don't have to carry a kadhai with me and will work in both ways. But to be honest, I am sitting here empty stomach trying to open this cooker from past 2 hours but it is not opening. I have made the food but it's in the cooker and I am not able to eat it, because they have flaws in their design, normal person will not be able to open it if it gets stuck or you have places the lid wrongly. Its better to carry a normal pressure cooker instead of this.

Quantity is very small . but quality is good.

The media could not be loaded. Very good Product design is good heating proper,easy cleaning, a little care need to open the cookers cover,overall good Product

The product design is very good and has food utility but the cookerlid just doesn't close. I've got an immediate replacement and the new unit has the same issue. Looks like there is some manufacturing flaw in all the products coz of lack of precision in designing.
